Scope of services included technical, financial, legal, regulatory, socio-environmental, and project management consultancy for the development of a road infrastructure project. Activities covered surveys, feasibility studies, traffic and revenue modelling, financial modelling, detailed engineering Design for the rehabilitation, tolling strategy, and preparation of bidding and project documents. The project was funded by Private Equity through Africa Plus Partners, Nigeria.
