PPP structuring and transaction advisory services for the development of highway and bridge infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, Traffic and Revenue Modeling, technical and financial assessments, risk analysis, project structuring, and development of investment frameworks. The assignment supported the preparation and delivery of sustainable transport infrastructure through a PPP model under the Federal Ministry of Works. The project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Works.
