Feasibility studies and transaction advisory services for the development of the bridge infrastructure project, including project assessment, PPP structuring, technical and financial evaluation, risk analysis, and support for investment planning. The assignment supported the development of a sustainable infrastructure delivery model under the Federal Ministry of Works. The project was funded through a Federal Ministry of Works.
