Edo State Accelerated Road Development Phase 1

Provided project management support for a major road development programme, including project coordination, design review, construction monitoring, progress reporting, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. The assignment supported effective delivery, compliance with project requirements, and successful implementation of road infrastructure improvements. The project was funded by the Edo State Government, Nigeria.
