Environmental and social safeguard consultancy services for expressway rehabilitation and brownfield road development, covering impact assessment, environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) preparation, stakeholder engagement, mitigation measures, and compliance support. The assignment supported sustainable project implementation and alignment with environmental and social requirements. The project was funded through Enyimba Economic City Development Company Limited.
