Enugu New City Development

Provided project management consultancy services for the development of the new city, including project planning, coordination, design review, progress monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. The assignment also involved developing the town planning framework and regulatory guidelines, including land use planning, marketing plan, infrastructure coordination, development control standards, and policy recommendations to support sustainable urban growth and effective project implementation. The project was funded by the Enugu State Government, Nigeria.
