Technical project management support for a DBFOT road infrastructure project, including project coordination, technical reviews, stakeholder management, risk assessment, monitoring of project development activities, and support through feasibility and financing stages. The assignment supported the successful structuring and delivery of the proposed transport infrastructure project. The project was funded by the Development Bank of South Africa.
