Included technical and financial due diligence services for the development of a major bridge infrastructure project, covering preliminary design assessment, technical evaluation, cost analysis, risk assessment, and financial viability review. The assignment supported project structuring, investment evaluation, and preparation for PPP implementation. The project was funded through a Public-Private Partnership arrangement involving the Federal Government of Nigeria and private sector partners.
