Development of New Enugu City

Development of the New Enugu City through project structuring, due diligence, licensing and regulatory approvals, topographical surveys, business planning, town planning, transaction advisory, franchise and concession structuring, sales and marketing support, and detailed design services. The assignment contributed to the strategic planning, investment readiness, and sustainable development of the new city project. The project was funded by the Enugu State Government of Nigeria.
