Benin–Asaba Highway under HDMI

Traffic studies and revenue forecasting services for a highway PPP transaction, including traffic data collection, demand modelling, revenue projections, route assessment, and analysis to support project feasibility and investment decisions. The assignment contributed to the technical and financial evaluation of the highway development. The project was funded by Africa Plus Partners.
