Enugu–Port Harcourt and Onne–Obinze Road

Provided lead consultant transaction advisory services for the development of a highway and greenfield road project, including feasibility studies, traffic and revenue demand modelling, financial modelling, Outline Business Case (OBC) preparation, risk assessment, PPP structuring, and stakeholder engagement. The assignment supported project planning, investment evaluation, and development of a sustainable transport infrastructure solution. The project was funded through Enyimba Economic City Development Company Limited.
