EEDC Logistic Hub Development

Transaction advisory services for the development of a PPP framework and investment structure for the EEDC Logistic Hub project in partnership with Royal Haskoning. The assignment included feasibility studies, traffic and revenue demand modelling, financial modelling, Outline Business Case (OBC) preparation, investor engagement, and support for transaction structuring. The project was funded through Enyimba Economic City Development Company Limited.
