Supported PPP transaction advisory services, including development of financing structures, PPP frameworks, Outline Business Case preparation, financial modelling, and investment structuring for infrastructure development projects. The assignment also included capacity building for institutional staff on PPP preparation and project structuring. The project was funded through Private Finance for Kaduna Polytechnic, Nigeria.
